Operator and scope

This website is operated by Flawlessly Human LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States, and presents Leonardo Schwartz's programmes and services. Contact leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com with service, booking or terms questions.

These terms concern use of this website and purchases made through it. The particular offer, booking confirmation and any expressly agreed service terms describe what you are buying. In-person retreats have additional Retreat Terms. Applicable mandatory rights are not excluded.

Offers and booking information

Read the description, language, format, dates, inclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms of the offer before paying. Provide accurate contact and billing details so that we can process your request and communicate with you. An enquiry or application alone does not confirm a paid place or appointment.

The confirmation should identify the service purchased and any next steps. If the confirmation does not match what you selected, contact us promptly so that the discrepancy can be resolved.

Payments and discounts

The checkout shows the selected option, currency and amount payable. A discount applies only when the payment system accepts a valid code for that offer. Payment processing is provided through Whop, whose applicable payment and platform terms may also apply to its services.

Where an advance or staged payment is offered, the booking information must state the advance, remaining balance and due dates. Paying an advance does not waive the remaining agreed balance, but these terms do not authorise an undisclosed automatic charge. For cancellations, applicable law and the cancellation terms disclosed for the relevant offer govern.

Services, participation and website information

Programme participation may require your active involvement and honest communication. Website articles, recordings and general programme information are not a diagnosis or an emergency service. Seek advice from a suitably qualified health professional for medical concerns; do not stop prescribed treatment because of website content.

Your results can depend on individual circumstances and participation. This clause does not remove an express undertaking in your purchase agreement or any right arising from a service that is not delivered as agreed.

Cancellations and changes

For an in-person retreat, read the separate Retreat Terms. Other programmes and services may have different cancellation, rescheduling, access or refund conditions disclosed before purchase. This page does not create a blanket no-refund rule for every offer.

Existing bookings retain the terms and promises under which they were sold, subject to any mutually agreed change and applicable law. We will not use a later website update to remove an existing customer's rights retroactively.

Content and acceptable use

Unless the offer expressly grants broader rights, purchased recordings and programme materials are for the purchaser's personal use. Do not resell or publicly distribute protected materials without permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with other visitors, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful or abusive material. Access restrictions must be proportionate and do not eliminate valid purchase or refund rights.

Privacy and external services

Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information about forms, payments and external content. A link to a third party does not make its independent content or services part of your purchased programme unless expressly included.

Problems, legal rights and updates

If something is wrong, email us with your booking reference and a description of the issue. This does not restrict statutory complaint procedures, court access or legitimate payment-dispute rights.

Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights concerning negligence, fraud or failure to provide agreed services. The operator's Wyoming registration is not a waiver of protections that otherwise apply to you.

Changes to these terms apply prospectively unless otherwise lawfully agreed; material changes to an existing booking must be handled with the rights applicable to that booking.
