Who is responsible
LeonardoSchwartz.com is operated by Flawlessly Human LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. For questions about your personal information or to exercise applicable privacy rights, email leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com.
Information you provide
We receive information you submit in enquiries, coaching applications, speaking proposals and other forms. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, contact details, goals and the contents of your message. Booking and payment processes also collect the information needed for the selected service, such as billing details, the offer selected and transaction status.
Submitting an enquiry or application is separate from purchasing a service. Information you submit may reach us even if you do not complete a purchase. Do not put card numbers, passwords or unnecessary medical information in a message field.
How information is used
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, consider your application, arrange and deliver the service you request, communicate about your booking, administer payments and refunds, and handle complaints or legal obligations. Technical information may be used to operate and protect the website and payment systems.
Where the GDPR applies, the relevant legal basis depends on the purpose: necessary steps you request before a contract, performance of a contract, applicable legal obligations, or appropriately assessed legitimate interests in security and resolving disputes. Optional marketing or tracking that requires consent must be handled separately; contacting us is not, by itself, consent to unrelated marketing.
Personal or sensitive intake information
Your answers about wellbeing or personal circumstances may reveal sensitive information. Share only what is necessary for the service you are requesting. Ordinary enquiry forms are not emergency or clinical-record systems. Where additional consent or another special legal condition is required for sensitive information, it must be established separately rather than inferred from acceptance of general website terms.
Service providers and embedded content
Cloudflare supplies website hosting and related infrastructure. Website enquiries are routed through the form-delivery system to the business email inbox. Payment forms use Whop; payment information entered in its embedded checkout is processed by the payment service. These providers may handle technical, contact or transaction information as necessary for their services.
Some pages load external fonts or embedded videos. Requests to those providers can disclose information such as your IP address, device/browser information and the page being requested. Their services may also use cookies or similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy. Provider-specific privacy notices also apply to their own processing.
Retention and international processing
Retention should be limited to the period needed for the relevant enquiry or service, applicable accounting and legal duties, and handling a dispute. Different categories may require different periods; a pending legal obligation or dispute can require some information to be kept longer.
The operator is in the United States and providers may process information in other countries. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, the appropriate mechanism must be identified for each relevant provider and data flow.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, or withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Some information may still need to be retained to comply with law or resolve a dispute. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Contact the email above to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your own data. Withdrawal of consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
Changes to this notice
This notice shows when it was last updated. A changed notice does not by itself authorise a new use of information that requires additional notice or consent.
