Retreat Terms
Operator, booking and inclusions
These terms apply to in-person retreats offered through LeonardoSchwartz.com by Flawlessly Human LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States. Booking and cancellation enquiries: leonardo@leonardoschwartz.com.
Your offer and confirmation identify the retreat, dates, location, accommodation, meals, programme activities and anything excluded. Arrange your travel to and from the retreat unless it is expressly included. Do not assume an optional activity, companion, extra night or transfer is included.
These terms supplement the Terms of Service. They do not retrospectively replace the terms or express promises applicable to an existing booking.
Reservation advance and balance
An advance secures your reservation and forms part of the retreat price. The precise advance, any payment-in-full discount, remaining balance and due date must be stated before payment and in your confirmation. The advance is non-refundable under the ordinary participant-cancellation policy below, subject to mandatory legal rights and the separate organiser-cancellation provisions.
These terms do not authorise automatic collection of an undisclosed balance.
If you cancel your place
Send your request in writing to the email above, identifying your booking. The following cancellation windows are measured before the retreat's published start. A request received exactly 60 days beforehand falls in the first category; exactly 30 days beforehand falls in the second. The booking notice must state the event timezone and exact cutoff.

Administration is absorbed in the retained advance; no additional unspecified administrative fee is imposed. Costs must not be counted twice. This policy cannot authorise retention of amounts that applicable law requires us to return.
One reschedule and one-year credit
For an eligible reschedule, all money paid, including the advance, carries forward as credit for one replacement retreat. The replacement retreat must start within 12 months of the original retreat's start date, subject to availability. Rescheduling does not restart the 12-month period.
If we offer no suitable retreat within that period, we will extend it to accommodate a suitable future date. The credit is not a promise of availability for a particular date. Any price difference and payment schedule for the replacement must be disclosed and agreed before it is confirmed. No additional charge will be imposed without disclosure and agreement.
The credit option does not replace a refund or other remedy that is required by applicable law.
If we cancel or materially change the retreat
If we cancel your retreat, you can choose a refund of payments for the cancelled retreat or agree to a transfer. We will not require you to accept credit instead of a refund that is due.
We will notify you promptly of a significant change to the dates, location or core programme. Any replacement offer, right to decline, refund or other remedy will be handled under the law applicable to your booking. Minor operational changes must not be used to avoid delivering the essential retreat purchased.
Exceptional circumstances do not automatically allow us to keep your payments. Any mandatory rights concerning unavoidable or extraordinary circumstances, cancellation charges, refunds, transfer of a booking or failure to perform remain intact. Refunds will be made within the legally required period.
Travel, insurance and participation
Check passport, visa, travel and insurance requirements before booking independent travel. Consider insurance that covers the activities and cancellation risks relevant to your circumstances; coverage depends on the policy and cannot be assumed.
Tell us in advance about accessibility or participation needs so that we can discuss what can be accommodated. Do not assume specialised medical support is provided unless expressly confirmed. Retreat information is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional, and participation does not require stopping prescribed treatment.
Respect other participants' privacy and follow reasonable safety instructions. Do not record or share another participant's personal disclosures or image without appropriate permission. Any response to unsafe conduct must be proportionate and preserve applicable legal rights.
Liability, complaints and mandatory protections
Nothing in these terms removes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. No general waiver of negligence, personal-injury rights or statutory consumer protections is created by attending a retreat.
Contact us promptly if a service is not as agreed, so that the issue can be addressed. Your ability to use applicable complaint, court or payment-dispute procedures is not restricted.
The retreat's business focus and the operator's US registration do not, by themselves, determine which mandatory travel or consumer protections apply. Any applicable protections take precedence over inconsistent wording here.
Your booking terms
Read these terms before making your booking and retain a copy for your records. The terms applicable to an existing booking remain those under which it was made, together with any later changes expressly agreed with you and applicable mandatory rights.
